Friends of the Earth fights to protect the environment and create a healthy and just world. They engage in hard-hitting advocacy campaigns by producing cutting-edge policy analyses, instigating lawsuits, targeting corporations, and organizing members on the ground. Two by Sixteen was approached to refresh the non-profit’s newsletter and magazine. We designed an editorial system that is bold yet accessible. This combination communicates the sense of urgency in Friends of the Earth mission while engaging the reader in a friendly manner.
